All bags are individually handmade, therefore, all sales are final once purchased. We will offer a refund if an item is faulty and you have sent evidence of this. 

If faulty, your SOOZ bag needs to be returned with a tracking number and your order number and we can either amend the product or give you a refund! Please email soozgoods1@gmail.com with any queries. 

All bags will be sent First Class signed for. A tracking number will be sent to your email once shipped. Cost of shipping is £5.50 for UK shipping and usually arrives between 2-4 days. As products are handmade please allow 2 weeks for your order to arrive from purchase.
